This Privacy Policy describes how Game Studio Mobile (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile applications (the “Service” or “Apps”).

Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to every application published by Game Studio Mobile, and specifically to:

Losela — a puzzle game that includes Sudoku and Decena.

This application does not create user accounts and does not store account data. There is no sign-up, no login, no profile and no cloud backup: everything the game saves stays on your device. That is why there is no account deletion procedure — there is no account to delete. If you uninstall the app, that data goes with it.

By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information collected automatically

When you use our Apps, we automatically collect certain information, including:

Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
Usage data: app features used, time in app, crash reports, performance data.
Advertising ID: your device’s advertising identifier, which you can reset or disable in your device settings.
IP address: used for approximate location (country or region level) and fraud prevention.

1.2 Information we do NOT collect

Our Apps do not collect:

Your name, email address or phone number.
Precise GPS location.
Contacts, photos or other personal files.
Payment information, which is handled by the app stores.

3. Third-party services

Our Apps use the following third-party services, which may collect information:

3.1 Google Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our Apps. Firebase may collect:

App usage statistics.
Crash reports.
Device information.
Approximate location, at country level.

3.2 Google AdMob (advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display ads in our Apps. AdMob may collect:

Advertising ID.
Device information.
IP address.
Ad interaction data.

AdMob may use this information to show you personalised ads based on your interests. You can turn off personalised advertising in your device settings.

3.3 How to turn off personalised ads

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.

4. Data retention

We keep collected information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Analytics data is normally retained for up to 14 months.

5. Data security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
